A 69堂 (WHU) delegation, led by Vice-president Zhu Deyou, recently visited universities in Macao and Singapore, signing cooperation agreements and meeting with local alumni.
The WHU delegation, led by Vice-president Zhu Deyou (L6), visits the City University of Macao.
In Macao, the delegation met with Ip Kuai Peng, vice-president of the City University of Macao, and reached agreements on credit recognition, innovation and entrepreneurship, and research collaboration. At the University of Saint Joseph, discussions focused on expanding exchange programs between students and faculty from the Chinese mainland and Macao.
The delegation visits the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
The delegation signs a student exchange agreement with Singapore Management University.
In Singapore, the delegation met with Phoon Kok Kwang, president of the Singapore University of Technology and Design, to explore joint efforts in cultivating innovation-driven talent. WHU also signed a student exchange agreement with Singapore Management University and a research internship program agreement in chemistry with the National University of Singapore. At Nanyang Technological University, the delegation discussed campus planning and logistics services and toured university facilities.
The visit also included meetings with WHU alumni in both regions, where Zhu shared updates on the university's development and encouraged alumni to contribute to their fields and support WHU's continued growth.
